- Surface Preparation: Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of any loose material. Priming is recommended for best results, especially on highly absorbent surfaces.
- Paint Loading: Immerse the roller into your paint tray, allowing it to fully absorb the paint. Roll back and forth a few times to ensure even distribution of paint on the roller.
- Application Technique: Apply paint in an ‘N’ or ‘M’ pattern to maximize coverage on uneven surfaces. The rough fibers of the roller will push the paint into textured crevices and uneven areas for a consistent coat.
- Finishing Touches: Once the area is fully covered, finish with light, even rolls to smooth out the paint and eliminate any roller marks.
- Cleaning and Storage: After use, clean the roller according to the type of paint used. Store in a dry place for future use.
